Privacy
The short version: no account, no advertising profile, and the links you paste are not stored.
The links you paste
The box on the home page runs in your browser. It reads the address you paste only to recognise which platform it belongs to, then shows you the matching site. DownHub does not save the link. With JavaScript on, it never leaves your browser. With JavaScript off, it is sent once to find the right page and is not written to any server log.
Once you continue to one of the listed sites, that site handles the link under its own privacy notice.
What this portal counts
- Which sites a visitor opened from which page, as a running total. It shows which hub pages are useful and which are dead weight.
- Ordinary web server logs, which include the requesting address, kept for operating and protecting the service.
- Automated availability checks of the listed sites. Those involve no visitor data at all.
What is stored in your browser
One value: whether you chose the dark theme, the light theme, or to follow your device. It stays in your browser, is never sent to the server, and disappears when you clear site data.
The portal sets no tracking cookie, and it does not need one, because there is nothing here to log in to.
